Pros

There are no pro's at the Access Group

Cons

Very poor communication, unrealistic deadlines, the creatives don't understand the managed care industry and the managed care experts don't understand agency norms; the account teams don't manage clients well. Weak management. Multiple freelance staff have complained that it takes a long time to get paid or that they haven't been paid at all. (One writer had to wait 6 months for one paycheck, and a year for another paycheck)

Pros

The biggest and most exciting things about EVERSANA is that it is at the cusp of a new industry - outsourcing the complete commercialization of medical treatments following the successful completion of clinical trials. This is akin to the CRO industry 25-30 years ago, and it's rare to get a chance to be at the forefront of a new company, let alone a new market as it's forming. However, as you might imagine, this involves a lot of merging of companies as EVERSANA purchases leading providers that complement one another so EVERSANA is currently in a long "integration phase" and things are changing. The really good thing is the culture: from the CEO down, there's a real "can do" attitude, lots of friendly and clever people who are generally not resistant to change but wanting to build something great. Simply put, it's an exciting place to be and the best place I've worked.

Cons

For those that want to slot straight into something where all the processes, roles/responsibilities and technology are established, this isn't the place to be. But why would you want to work somewhere that boring and inflexible?
