      The managers were sticklers to textbook sales and promised good bonuses but got none

      Pretty good place to start

      Pros

      Coworkers are decent to work with. hours are nice. insurance is pretty good.

      Cons

      Management isn't always the best at communication not that much room for growth unless you want a full management position(they do not make it look like a good option or appealing though)

      Great culture with great people

      Since starting in my role I have met some extremely genuine people who are truly dedicated to being part of a team and winning together to deliver results to the patients. From the top-down, the people are the most fun part of the job. The business is growing so it's fun to be a part of this growth mindset and to be learning along with some of the leaders in the industry.

      You need to be a go-getter and be able to move with the times because this company is making big moves in the industry.
