Incredibly strong culture and team with interesting projects, despite recent challenges

- Very strong culture, where team members enjoy each other's company, are comfortable asking each other questions, are excited to help each other, and generally try to foster a work environment that's appreciated by all -- our culture is a huge part of why many of us have stayed as long as we have with the firm (in a field like consulting where folks transition between firms often) - Significant access to management / leadership, where staff feel comfortable reaching out to and asking any member of the management team specific questions (even if not on the same project) - Interesting, very diverse projects, allowing exposure to a variety of different topics in the life sciences space - Opportunities for rapid career advancement - New consulting leadership is making significant efforts to address / fix many of the recent challenges that have popped up with the parent company EVERSANA (with some tangible outputs already seen)

Cons

- Still navigating the relationship with parent company EVERSANA -- decisions made by the parent organization earlier this year led many to lose trust in EVERSANA. Many reservations / concerns still remain, but many of us have chosen to stay because we trust in our consulting leadership to help navigate us through and fix these issues - As with any consulting firm, work/life balance can vary significantly depending on specific projects

-Challenging, stimulating projects with high-profile pharmaceutical clients -Diverse range of projects and immediate exposure to client leadership -The SF office in particular has an unparalleled, amazing culture with great people who are a pleasure to work with (other offices are also great, too) -Clear performance expectations; effort- and performance-based promotions; hard work is valued and doesn't go unnoticed -Great work-life balance for a consulting firm

Cons

-Due to COVID and some management changes earlier this year, we ran into some hurdles and had to re-calibrate expectations with the parent organization (Eversana); nonetheless, Eversana Management Consulting leadership has continued to implement beneficial changes and our company continues to make strides during a difficult climate
