There are a FEW good people to work with.

Cons

Timelines-Unreasonable. They are continuing to let people go and not replace. Have been told that we can’t replace anyone due to COVID, but the work hasn’t decreased. Meetings-Expected to be in meetings during the day and get the work done at night. Expertise-Not enough expertise in the division. Only a few carry the ship Favoritism-All about who you know. You know the right people, you will get whatever job you want. Culture-The Own it, Win Together, etc. are just tag lines. They don’t really believe it or live by it. This is a very hierarchical company. The people at the top “win” and those not, lose. Not a team environment. It’s every man for himself.

Great benefits Employees are really awesome to work with You are always busy Work environment and culture are top-notch

Cons

Some people in management were given their rules due to others being let go and are very inexperienced within that type of responsibility Within the HR department, there is lots of "favoritism" The bonus is pretty small for the amount of revenue brought into the company. The company favors the people bringing in business (they get much larger bonuses) and not the people holding the foundation of the company together.

Need to do better at weeding out those who use cultural jargon to bully others. They arent living the culture, they just use it to diminish others contributions
