Not a positive place

Pros

Good benefits and there used to be a flexible work from home schedule..

Cons

New management is on a witch hunt. Once you are on staff you will not receive an equitable salary increase with promotions. It’s a constant witch hunt by account and creative managment bends to their whim. Writers are not respected. If you aren’t “performing” to their ever-changing standards you can expect to be put on probation and fired.

Pros

Room for growth, entrepreneurial mindset (per employee), expected to bring change instead of following the status quo,

Cons

Forever changing "in a good way". Just when you think, "ok that project is complete", you are on to the next one. I believe it is me, I have to find that balance

Pros

Worked for the managed markets business unit. 1. Supervisors respect work-life balance. 2. Great medical/dental/vision benefits & offers HDHP with HSA. 3. Offers annual bonuses and unlimited PTO. 4. Internal processes and functions are clear and well-thought out. 5. Proactive, smart, and driven employees 6. Inclusive office environment.

Cons

1. If you're not a supervisor, good luck getting client face-to-face interactions. 2. As most NJ agencies, location is traffic-laden and inconvenient. 3. Client services need to improve on communicating imperatives to the team. 4. A network in transition will inherit bumps and bruises along the way. 5. Corporate social responsibility is almost nonexistent (no donations, community events, nonprofit organization presence)
