      Pros

      EVERSANA is the product of merging individual companies together. Through the change, we came out the outside with better PTO (unlimited), better health insurance at lower premiums, and a culture of "act in the best interest of EVERSANA" instead of lengthy do's and don'ts policies. We are truly treated like professionals.

      Cons

      Still some old legacy company habits that need to be broken but that will come with time. We are still in our first year as EVERSANA.

      Lot of new and exciting opportunities to work on especially in a growing space. Great culture, highly talented smart people

      Few groups are still in the old ways of working and resistant to change
