Pros

As some companies get bigger, they tend to limit employee freedom, not at EVERSANA! They have unlimited PTO, excellent benefits, work/life balance and in some cases the ability to telecommute as needed. The employees always taken into account when key decisions are made by great leaders! As the merger of seven organizations occurred the CEO put culture first and called a summit of the top 60 leaders to get together and ensure the focus was on culture and to develop the cultural beliefs together. I find myself very fortunate to work for a company like EVERSANA and for leaders who care!

Cons

Growing quickly means the need for all leaders to keep their eyes on both skill and culture fit for the organization. Don't rush to fill a role with a body, fill it with a great fit from A-Z.
