Interesting work and innovative business model Very talented people across the organization Good learning opportunities Opportunities to work on new product launches and in-line brands CEO is engaged Ability to work from home if you desire

Cons

Work-life balance doesn't really exist Benefits, especially the 401K are weak with the annual match Some growing pains / lack of infrastructure in certain areas Pay is a bit lower than the industry norm for certain roles

Time off / vacation not the same for salaried employees

Cons

Contracted through Eversana for pharma sales. Told following Eversana vacation policy . Turns out they have 2 policies . One for salaried unlimited and one for hourly accrued PTO 18 days . Hired as an Eversana employee on salary should be entitled to salaried vacation policy . 18 days PTO including sick is far below industry policy . Not giving minimum 11 holidays is also below industry standards .

Worst employer I’ve ever had.

Able to develop one on one patient relationships.

Cons

Company has been bought out several times. The managers are very cut-throat and unsupportive. The company cuts corners at the expense of their patients. Many patients switch medications after their experience with this pharmacy, due to missed shipments, lack of professionalism, and losing their nurses after having the same one for several years. The company fired many nurses to use cheaper agency nursing. This resulted in patients losing their nurses that had been with them for multiple years. It’s obvious their focus is on saving money versus patient satisfaction.
