Pros

Good benefits and unlimited PTO

Cons

I barely got onboarded. Little to no introduction to branding and strategy was expected to strap in. Very little work/life balance and had to cancel plans on the weekend. Poor management–barely had a chance to talk one on one and get direction. I heard many racist micro-aggressions and MACRO-aggressions.

Pros

Good Benefits Good Co-Worker I love working with clients. They will call me all the time to get things done.

Cons

Culture is terrible in Memphis. Don't know if it's like that across the globe, but the Memphis location is a slap in the face. They compromise on living the cultural beliefs they made up everyday. HR NEVER answer the phone or barely any emails. If you do get a chance to consult with HR about anything, aw...they will find some kind of way to get you out the door. They say we all one but we are not. A lot of discrimination within the organization. It's very true that upper management pick and choose who gets an incentive no matter how much of a hard worker you are. New hires don't stand a chance. They are set up for failure from the beginning. Warehouse employees are train with bits and pieces for a few days and sent to work on their own. Causing huge amounts of Overage Shortages and Damages. A lot of the great employees have left due to the way they are treated. I'm talking about employees other companies wish to have to bring great success to thier organization. I have never experience the turn over rate being this high. You can be that 1 in a 100 employees that is at work on time, very productive and dedicated, detail oriented, great customer interaction etc., rain, sleet or snow, and ther will still be NO appreciation shown from the company. I think the company overall is good, just the wrong people in certain upper management positions. When its time to get bonuses or incentives, they will find every reason under the sun and moon for you not to get one. Be mindful of what company you choose to dedicate your time and experience to. Go to a place that doesn't mind pouring back into their employees and appreciating them. This company can go even further with the right people.
