Upper leadership displays no trust or value for employees. Poor benefits, low raises and absolutely no monetary incentives.

Pros

Clients were wonderful. Coworkers were really good people and genuinely cared about the clients and each other.

Cons

Senior management was totally toxic and could not be trusted. Quick to blame others for their failings and bad decisions. This caused massive turnover in the company. Also hired people with no experience right out of college and did not provide any training or help to them, leaving middle management to make time for this in addition to the demanded 50 plus billing hours a week.

Benefits are decent, but not much else

Cons

Management is AWFUL. Expect to be micromanaged to the point where you can’t leave your desk for more than 5 minutes. All management cares about is call volume.. nothing else. In fact, the micromanagement was so bad that it pushed me to look for other opportunities. Bonus/commission payouts are not attractive. It’s based less on growth in your territory, and more about the amount of calls you make.
