      I really didn’t like anything.

      Cons

      Small company- does not pay out previous month commission upon resignation or termination. Even if your cash is in. Try to claim your hard work is a bonus to get around State law. Small company politics. Temp team is split desk with inconsistent policies and procedures on target accounts. Old school environment with technology from the 90s. Not able to work remote. Separates sick and vacation, not PTO policy.

      Pros

      Eversana is building an organization that will be unmatched in the pharmaceutical industry. The services offered to prospective clients are all-encompassing and the opportunities available to those that are part of the team are limitless. There is an air of excitement and enthusiasm that is building and the future appears very bright. As the team continues to evolve and the market recognizes the overall strength of the organization, the value of their overall portfolio will drive Eversana to new levels of growth and profitability.

      Cons

      There are still some members of the team who have yet to recognize the potential of the organization. If they don't adapt quickly they will be replaced.
