Helping Patients? No

Pros

Health insurance and dental coverage

Cons

Inability to say what they mean. Patients were denied mainly with low income. Call center was always on edge and not coming into work due to feeling depleted. Seems more like a profit for the C-Suite and those that benefited from the program made well over the qualification amount.

Pros

I’ve been at the firm for a few years and I used to love it based on the work life balance, great leadership and teammates, and excellent culture and pretty reasonable pay especially for the work life balance.

Cons

The culture has been significantly changing over the past few months to the past year. Progressions and promotions have significantly slowed (no more double bumps between levels so no incentive to work very hard), much more of an emphasis on profitability / hitting sales targets (which frankly shouldn’t even be discussed with junior staff), and more recently lots of discussion among LT about how employees are taking too much PTO (we have an unlimited policy) and how expectations for billable hours have now increased to 55 hours per week. It feels like the company is just gearing up to sell at the expensive of their delivery staff. I used to believe I would never leave Eversana for a different consulting firm but that is now far from true. I would not recommend joining this firm right now.
