      Once a project ends, you have to reapply for a position. Not a lot of support for employees who want to try a different position.

      *Training program *Recognition by management team *Promotion from within is favored *Unlimited PTO for management team members

      Cons

      *Work at home is dependant on state pharmacy board (not company itself) *Shift is awarded based on seniority thus not allowing for much in terms of flexibility for new employee unless someone leaves and a new employee is trained to take later shifts
