no pros unless you like working hard and being under compensated

Cons

very little progression options for female employees, your just a number on the payroll, females are underpaid when compared to male counterparts with less experience and education, poor work life balance

Pros

Favorites, favorites and favorites. When you work hard here and keep your head down you get fired. The only way to move up is to complain about your mom and how you have to take care of her, and how she’s in the hospital and how many kids you have on your plate because you didn’t use birth control.. and if you don’t feel bad/listen/say your sorry for this persons misfortune you aren’t a favorite and will get fired soon.

Cons

Everything. People. Hours are ok, it starts as 8am-4pm but then it starts dwindling from there.. granted you don’t have to stay/come in early but you’ll be guilted and or forced to.
