A great company with bad management

Pros

EVGA have the best CEO, great co-workers, team, and great managers. CEO would share the profit with employees, not just put it in his pocket.

Cons

If management could hire more people to share the workloads, and try to listen to the difficulties from employees or keep the suggestion in mind to make things better.

Been working here for about a year now, still no pros.

Cons

It's so sad to say that I've been working at this dump and I still keep coming back to minimum wage pay no matter how long you've been there, you are literally garbage to all the top people. All of the Chinese women think they are the queen or something because they demand and act that way. RMA Supervisor just beats around the bush. Just an awful place to work at. DO NOT APPLY!

Pros

Colleagues are friendly to work with, not a crazy amount of overtime as some typical Asian own companies.

Cons

Atmosphere in the office is very negative, 90% of people have very low morale to work due to the leadership of the business owner. All decisions must go through one and the only guy in the office to be final and you could see management level folks got challenged and shouted almost in daily basis.
