No Pros at all....Life starts as a Slave....

Cons

CEO is the Real Chinese who things without him there would be No bread, food or Jobs in the world....He treats People like slaves and people in all his offices are treated like Pet animals...Worked there for few years and i regret it the most as i needed a job and did my best and now after 3 years i am sent home without notice...An place to absolutly avoid...All of them just work for CEO who things he own each one of them, maybe coz he dont have a family himself so he don't know the difference...AVOID AT ALL COSTS...Lucky Andrew is not the only employer in the world...

Pros

Money can be ok, if you in the right job, and know the correct people.

Cons

To many to list, in short though: CEO is truly mad! he runs company by fear and adds nothing to help support, inspire, or grow people around him. Middle management...there is none. Maybe this is because of the crazy CEO who either destroys people forcing them to leave. Or simply because the company is full of non gifted people. Working environment is worst I have ever seen. There seems to be this big black cloud constantly over the office. Its truly depressing and very negative.

Pros

After working here, you'll be able to work at just about any job like cake! Companies that care about their employees make this place look like a complete joke. Health care is paid. The only major benefit.

Cons

Terribly low pay for the workload and skill required. Promises of raises that never come. Very high level of stress coming from both customers and management. Micro-management where it doesn't need to ever be. No management at all where it does need to be. Shady CEO that yells at people and treat everyone like disposable garbage. HR department that sweeps concerns under the rug. If you don't drink the company kool-aid, you wont last long. Extremely high turnover rate even for a tech company. You can get a promotion.. in that you will get more workload, but don't expect more pay for it. Expect to be treated like garbage by your boss and his boss. Basically everything is a con.
