If you are not directly working with CEO, this is still a work-able place. The colleagues are easy to get along with.

Cons

CEO doesn't appreciate the opinion from different view which makes other managers afraid to say true opinion. There are several policies violate Labor Law but CEO thinks as long as he provides 4 months year-end bonus (which not everyone can get it) this violation should be acceptable.

Great products, truly high-quality stuff Plenty of opportunities to learn and multitask Excellent coworkers Great pay, even better bonuses Great environment for self-motivated, driven people

Cons

Management doesn’t regularly listen to/use feedback provided by staff Plans change quickly and often, which can be stressful, but you learn to anticipate it
