Pros

- There's a honeymoon phase that will last for the first three months, maybe.

Cons

- The CEO Andrew Han is an unreasonable man who on several occasion has openly berated employees, attempted to destroy former employees reputation with slanderous accusations and creates a hostile work environment based on knee jerk reactions to situations. - The Pay was not worth it - Any attempt to bring complaints or concerns to senior management are dismissed and the employees are labeled as trouble makers.

Pros

Colleagues are friendly to work with, not a crazy amount of overtime as some typical Asian own companies.

Cons

Atmosphere in the office is very negative, 90% of people have very low morale to work due to the leadership of the business owner. All decisions must go through one and the only guy in the office to be final and you could see management level folks got challenged and shouted almost in daily basis.

Pros

Dress code in the warehouse is basically casual which is nice because handling boxes all day gets to be pretty dirty.

Cons

Warehouse is very hot during the summer and not even having a fan will help.
