There are no pros at all.

Cons

No matter what you've applied for. Now you're a factory worker. Need to go piss? Now you need to turn in a report of why you've visited the restroom. And no. You may not wear what you want to wear. You can not leave your desk. You can't eat in the office. We might not even let you keep that haircut.

There is no pros reason to work here, it is a dictatorship company.

Cons

Everything about this place is bad. The people, top management all stabs each other’s back. The CEO is a dictator and creates toxic work environment.
