Call center is a bad model

Pros

Got to be hands on with GPUs, motherboards, power supplies mostly. Got to learn a good amount on computer hardware.

Cons

Call center model is bad. Better if transitioned to email, chat, and at most just a few hours on the phone.

Pros

Co-workers were great, direct manager was very nice and understanding. Best training I've ever received at a job.

Cons

No longer sell GPUs, which was most of the sales. As a result, most people lost their jobs due to the CEO no longer wanting to be in that business
