Pros

Monthly catered lunches for company birthdays. CEO has a very good vision for his employees and company. Xmas bonuses if company does well. Overall good atmosphere to work.

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen. Tons of micromanagement. Most managers do not give clear and concise direction on projects. And when an employee creates errors based on the lack of direction, there is no accountability from the original manager. Directions consists of, giving them something outside the box yet they reel it in to where it what they are trying to get away from. no vision

Pros

Flexible hours Paid holidays convenient location

Cons

The Handbook is a guideline which management may choose to follow or not depending on the employee. Everyone is not given equal opportunity. There is no documentation on products available to the support staff that is not available publicly on the website and no troubleshooting documentation internally at all. Pay is below industry standard and the "bonus program" to make up for it does not even come close to compensating for industry standard pay.

Pros

1. Some good supervisors and managers but usually they don’t last 2. Free monthly company lunch 3. Good and clean working environment

Cons

1. Subpar compensation. hard to get adjustments. 2. Top down or CEO down management. Managers can’t make decisions unless CEO approves. 3. Can’t keep good people. Management turn over too quickly. Lost many the key positions in one year. 4. If the CEO likes you, you work like hell. If CEO dislike you, he will make it like hell for you to quit.
