Pros

Great people in CS to work with.

Cons

HORRIBLE pay. You go nowhere unless a supervisor happens to quit, or move to a different department. Otherwise you are stuck with the same pay, with more and more work load on your back and its highly unappreciated by Management. It seems that they only call you in to the office to speak with you if you are doing horribly or your numbers are down. They expect you to take care of emails, tech support, sales support, complaints, eBay support, product support(which they don't give you ANY hands on or information about when they are released), notebook support, and anything else people call in for.

Pros

- Potential high bonus at Christmas Party - Relaxed workplace when things are going well - Great co-workers - Monthly Company lunches - Health plans

Cons

- Growth is VERY limited - Attempts to grow and move up in the company are rarely seen unless you are constantly pushing and annoying them for 1+ years - Certain supervisors / managers do not realize they make the company worse with their decisions. - No raises / pay increase regardless of how hard you work. - Management only seems to pay attention if you do poorly.

Pros

If you are straight out of high school and need experience this is the place to start. Being young the company CEO throws little bunches money at you so you will no complain about work conditions. They do provide health care, vision, and dental, you are also given great warranty options for your own EVGA products.

Cons

There is little to no structure, some of the management knows what they are doing but are constantly stopped from improvements. Little to none SOP's for each department, the CEO constantly interferes with day to day tasks. Other problem management potion holders do little to no actual work. Instead on finding what the actual issues are whole departments are blamed for bad business, the company lacks a lot of materials that are needed to preform job tasks.
