Pros

Always got paid on time.

Cons

Very dysfunctional company. Always problems within the company itself. Always worrying about cost saving instead of making sure they can deliver the product first on time.

Pros

-I learned some of the industry best practices -location close to home -Site co-workers were a team that looked out for one another

Cons

-Broken promises from corporate -No site support from corporate -unwilling to listen to constructive feedback -you will fill multiple roles without compensation to "be a team player"(I had 3 before I left the position) -you are the "face" of the company, but that is all, you are the outlet that your customer is going to put all of their frustrations into. You have no power to correct any issues unless directed by corporate, even then, it is usually another bandaid or just sweeping something under the rug. -work life balance is non existent, I took time for a funeral, gave them and all members of my team a text and email to ask them to respect that, I was called 4 times during the eulogy.

Pros

You get a paycheck. Coworkers can be alright.

Cons

Managers expect you to work from home. Pay is way below the national average in almost every single category. Forced 9 hour day. Parts of EWIE is contracted work, so when EWIE management loses a contract in a facility, you are out of a job. If you stay in that same place because you were offered a position, the owners will literally scream and yell in your face. Then they will sue you because they force you to sign a non-compete. They just do not care about the people they hire. Very few paid holidays, tho you're expected to work, even on Christmas Eve. HR is absolutely unprofessional. They work from Ann Arbor, Michigan so they tell you how things are to be done, but they don't have the slightest idea on day to day operations in your plant. If you call HR and ask for assistance they literally can not help you or walk you through anything. They make changes to software, programs, procedures without every knowing anything about the original and how it will effect the worker who has to deal with it on a day to day to basis. making your job all the more difficult.
