Managers expect you to work from home. Pay is way below the national average in almost every single category. Forced 9 hour day. Parts of EWIE is contracted work, so when EWIE management loses a contract in a facility, you are out of a job. If you stay in that same place because you were offered a position, the owners will literally scream and yell in your face. Then they will sue you because they force you to sign a non-compete. They just do not care about the people they hire. Very few paid holidays, tho you're expected to work, even on Christmas Eve. HR is absolutely unprofessional. They work from Ann Arbor, Michigan so they tell you how things are to be done, but they don't have the slightest idea on day to day operations in your plant. If you call HR and ask for assistance they literally can not help you or walk you through anything. They make changes to software, programs, procedures without every knowing anything about the original and how it will effect the worker who has to deal with it on a day to day to basis. making your job all the more difficult.
