      Pros

      None due to the fact they are poorly managed Their owners don’t care about anything other than money of course and they use people until they can get rid of them so they can make more money they really don’t have any service they provide other than purchasing something for you there a rip off artist and they make 20 to 50% on every tool he saw you and then lie cheat and manipulate the numbers so you think you’re saving money buying tools from them

      They are a poorly Managed company that lets superiors abuse their workers with out worries from corporate no training and foreign born company That has no loyalty to there Employees they treat them like dirt

      Pay was decent, that's about it

      Cons

      Poorly structured company with seat of the pants decisions and promises to customer. They make the customer promises then leave it up to you and provide no support. Plans laid out to the customer are held up by management decisions which leaves you in the firing line, literally. My favorite line from EWIE management is, "I couldn't tell them no."

      Pros

      Family oriented, flexible schedules, kind employees and helpful to work with. Lots of growth opportunities, if you are motivated to work for them and not expecting them to fall in your lap. There are very good managers, but these managers are sometimes overlooked, as their status may not be as high on the food chain as their Director level..SAD

      Cons

      Some employees tend to be negative, which brings down others. If you not happy, do something about it. Don't bring everyone down. Negativity is catchy and when you have a few bad apples, the whole tree becomes bruised.
