      Pros

      Great hands-on learning with full project ownership. Exposure to real client work and a completely remote working opportunity.

      Cons

      Long working hours with minimal support from both the team and management. Strong focus on client billing over employee well-being. Very limited leave flexibility, with leaves closely tracked and often difficult to get approved. At times, work is required on public holidays without compensatory off or additional pay. Limited benefits apart from salary. Overall team and management structure tends to be older, with many employees primarily aiming for relocation to the USA.
