      Pros

      Good work culture, Balance between work and life. Peers are good, they do hire from IITs. You get a good team of hard and smart pofessionals who just joned as freshers.

      Cons

      Leadership can be a bit more strong and shpuuld working on a better vision. Pay is less as compared to market.

      Feels like Sarkari Naukri. So basically you will get salary each month even you are on bench that is the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      Too many:- 1. No growth 2. Mostly not good projects 3. Extreme politics 4. Toxic culture 5. Bad policies for employees, no such thing as office parties or any other perks for being exl employee
