      Pros

      Good Environment People are supportive and ready to listen to you. Flexible timings- No one cares when you come in and go Out until you finish your work First hand experience with a lot of Client contact. Good place to Learn

      Cons

      HR policies are bad. And are unwilling to change A lot of discrimination between IITians and the Rest. Their Flagship 4YBA Program is a mess, with low compensation. The worse part about their program is that your promotion is fixed! that means weather you work or not you all will get promoted together after 2 year. It takes out the enthusiasm that i required. If you are an IITian then you would be relaxed earning 60k a month for the same work for which the "Rest" are paid half.

      Good for learning Flexibility of work timings Excellent food and snacks in the office Games within the office to change your mood

      Cons

      Sometimes had to work till late evening due to maintaining the coordination with USA timings Very slow internet and computers parking problems high cost of living near the office
