Pros

Interviewing is in old style still good. Manager was friendly. Team work was good. The project in which I was working was good even though there are lots of higher level interferences.

Cons

Limited growth. Difficult in moving forward and its restricted to few inspite of hardwork.. No exposure to outside world as said in interview. Package also very less. No bonus for extra work and for working on holidays.

Pros

Great place to get a promotion, just work on your English. In just one year you can become an assistant manager.

Cons

Just as good as your immediate supervisor. As most of the leadership is from calling profile, the basic soul of the place is that of a call center only. Rather short-sighted. Believe in only short-term solutions.
