      Pros

      -Yet to join the company, so I don't have much things to talk about. -I have learned that company have good projects in field of insurance. - Company provides shuttle service to nearest metro station. - Provides yearly bonus , 10-20 percent of salary based on performance. (10 percent for average performance).

      Cons

      Only one way cab. Office is not quite near to any metro station. The nearest metro station is about 30 minutes if travelling through an auto rickshaw. Salary seems to be less than other MNCs.

      Not a good place to work. I worked in EXl golf course Gurgaon building as a Mis Analyst.

      Pros

      Cafeteria is good. Infrastructure is good.

      Cons

      Management is worst. Concern only for cost cutting. Talent not appreciate. Good place for those who are ready to work as a boss servent and ready to appreciate boss whether he/she is right. Bonus is not based on performance but based on boss employee personal relationship. Accept overtime daily as a part of job. No compensation for overtime.

      Pros

      Flexibility of the firm is the only good thing. But that too is on case to case basis and requires building a relationship with the supervisor.

      Cons

      Very micro managerial attitude Opportunities of growth almost non-existent Management cries each year for salary hikes The Work is horrible, especially in the Business Travel -Advisory domain. It is reporting and hardly any consulting or exposure.
