      Pros

      EXL is a good place to work with lots of career opportunities. Its a growing company with lots of job openings Management is good with valuable rules

      Cons

      Work life balance need to be more concentrated as sometimes we are not able to manage them both due to less resources. Hire more people so that work flow wont be effected

      + International Travel + Opportunity to switch role ( though little difficult ) + [Really nothing much over here just an average place. What people count as +ve may at times be unprofessional or not good for career]
