      Pros

      Listing Both Pro's and cons here.. You get to work with good people,but there is so much parity between pay scales. They recruit people from premiere institutes and pay a lot of money and pay very less to people from other places.

      Nobody to pitch for new projects.

      Better Employee centric policies as compared to other BPOs - Medical benefits, Leaves, dress code policy, etc, good work culture, Good Rewards and Recognition programs, Good Growth Opportunities for right candidates, recently initiated promoting six sigma DNA, gives away annual gifts (something not common in all the BPO's), still provides home pick and drop (not commong to other BPOs)

      Cons

      No US/UK Holidays (Needs to have better Contract Management for back office processes), Night shifts in almost all accounts, Salary - pays well for lateral hires but like any other organization pays less to internal promotees, people policies changing fast because of Mr Vikram Talwar retiring
