      The Best reasons to work with EXL are it opens up a lot of opportunities to learn and excel.... resources are vast, you just have to pull yourself and learn. Highly competitive, Excellent team to work with...Work environment is very comfortable and friendly, Management take a good care of their employees. High quality performance from the employees.

      Cons

      There is much scope to improve employee appraisal process. Even though the basic parameter for appraisal is performance, it will get neglect at some points. Recognition for your work done would take much time and effort.
