If you wanna count one salary being credited on time otherwise None.

Cons

1. THere is no time for youself, day start at 10:30/11 AM with onshore call and then people have to there for 12:30 for onshore call and day stretches will 11/12 AM. There will be days when you have to stretch till 1 AM too. 2. Manager ping you constantly to check the progress where you stand. If things are this urgent then may be increase headcount or do it yourself. 3. Promotions are dependent how well you take in above two points, if you don;t complain about two and then it's good. 4. If you take leaves to recover yourself then it will also be questioned, 5. They will create sense of fake urgency and then ask/expect you be on top of it.
