You don't have to do tons of work, it's personal training and group training focused - which you likely signed up for anyways!

Cons

The only con for me was the weekly meetings, that I found unnecessary. Otherwise the job is great! They did control the way you programmed group classes a bit too - but you still had a good amount of freedom.

There is so much to learn from day one. You can pave your own route in this company and they will support you relentlessly.

Cons

The jobs in this company are fairly saturated. There's not much room for promotion or growth and if there is they prefer "seasoned" management over potential new management that could drive impact along with consistency. Learn all you can on the administrative side so you aren't stuck.
