Good pay, full benefits, opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow, supportive leadership

Cons

Very little PTO, sick time and PTO are the same thing, client demands put before employee wellbeing

Thank you for your feedback, and we are happy to hear that you are enjoying your career with us so far. As a full-time employee you get 10 days of PTO in your first year plus you are immediately eligible for holiday pay. Starting your second year you will get 15 days of PTO plus paid holidays. If you are being informed of different policies please reach out to your People Operations Generalist for clarification.

-Paid internship -Onsite Corporate Perks (Food, Fitness Facilities, Nice Spaces, some wellness benefits -Health Benefits -Talented, kind, generous and fun employees -Great educational opportunities -Amazing clientele -Multiple, different locations

Cons

-Feel disconnected from upper management -Pay is low -Many employees overworked (again, underpaid for Bay area salaries) -The company doesn't provide much incentivization for coaches, group exercise instructors or trainers -High turnover rate
