      No room for growth

      Pros

      Great Industry to work for. High Tech equipment and programming.

      Cons

      Poor management and little growth potential for those who are not exercise physiologist. Pay is less than desirable.

      Thank you for your feedback. We do want every team member to work with their site manager to discuss career growth and opportunities. You are correct to say that we require a degree in the field of Kinesiology or Sports Science (or related) for certain positions, but that is not true for ALL positions. We are happy to work with you to explore alternate career paths that do not have the degree requirement if that is a better fit.       Good experience if you have none in the field.

      Cons

      Low pay for requiring a degree. Depending on location, your pay will vary. Swinging shifts-not ideal for balancing everyday life
