Promotes a healthy lifestyle, family-like culture, great energy, flexibility in schedule, and provides exciting entrepreneurial opportunities for career development. Coming from a predominately structured corporate environment, it is wonderful to be able to feel like your work is making a difference!

Cons

Lack of clarity at times which leads to inefficiencies, health insurance/benefits are below industry standards, and compensation is average. Perks outweigh pitfalls.

A very team oriented environment. Open culture and access to company leaders. They truly care about you as a person - your successes and any hard times. Constantly growing, challenging opportunities. Opportunity to put your stamp on areas of the business with lots of new, evolving opportunities. Growing company that provides opportunity to really own areas of the business and projects.

Cons

Lots of things happening, need to be able to handle multiple projects and be comfortable with having ownership. Fast-paced. This isn't where you plan for 2017 in 2015, ever-changing opportunities to address and grow the business (also exciting in that aspect).
