Pros

Good people in Houston office at a great location. Co-workers who are passionate and knowledgeable; enjoy the experience. Corporate has overall great benefits.

Cons

Where to start... No regard for corporate structure. If you have an opinion, leave it at the door. Way too many turn-over for a small company; either you run or you get run out.

Pros

exp Federal has capitalized on the best parts of being a newer, small organization with plenty of flexibility, opportunity and growth yet has retained access to the benefits, leverage, and resources of it's larger parent company. The (often cliched) startup attitude is present and it's exciting. Very professional workplace.

Cons

The standards and practices are still being refined from the former legacy so there can be some confusion. Less oversight and lack of structure can be hard on some people, others thrive.
