      Good friendly atmosphere, Industry leaders, Well respected by clients (atleast by most clients) lot of freedom, work life balance was excellent

      Pros

      Teng, previous to acquisition by exp, was the most entrepreneurial company I worked for. The organization, compensation, and mentality were focused on allowing each sector leader to build his/her own business unit. The firm grew dramatically over the years I was there.

      Cons

      The company had one authoritarian leader that was very good at his job but no succession plan, leading to Teng's eventual acquisition. The new management discarded the uniqueness that made Teng successful in order to create a more homogeneous international company.
