Pros

Fairly considerate about work/life balance and very supportive of pursuing getting your license and certifications. Hourly Salary for most positions with straight overtime.

Cons

Extremely strict on hours on your time sheet if you are an hourly-salary employee(as most are). Extremely stingy on buying things for employee benefits. Depending on which studio you are, in you may either love who you work with or can't stand it.

Pros

I had a great manager and I work with an excellent group of people. Parking is free and lots of growth within the company (based on my feeling only). Others may feel different.

Cons

- Have a period where work does slow down -There are not many minorities working for the company and everyone is not treated equally.

haven't had a raise in almost 3 years Canadian co-workers due to Canadian laws get more holidays and banked overtime for anytime worked over 40 hours. The company has taken away 3 US holidays since I started. Not always recognized for a job well done There is favoritism in the division that I work in
