EXP reviews

This review is only for the OG&C division of EXP. Very bad work culture. Unethical work practice. I have 30+ years experience in EPC, thought I have seen it all. This place was so bad that everyday was torture. I left the first chance I got. I need to warn everyone looking into working there. Better look somewhere else.

-Arrogant attitude from management and very little respect. -high turn over -minimum opportunity to move up. My biggest regret was not reporting to HR for the racist comment that involved my mother and shootings I received from someone in upper management during a “happy hour” in our office. I tried justifying it thinking they might have had to much to drink, but that is no excuse whatsoever to make a co-worker uncomfortable. With or without alcohol they were known to be arrogant and unfortunately that kind of toxic attitude is accepted at EXP from not only them, but others in similar positions. I believe professionalism should be held at a much higher standard and EXP really needs to focus on raising the bar on values and moral.
