Can not think of any.

Cons

Very unprofessional management. Constantly lied to employees. Those who tried to do good work were not rewarded. However, project managers can do no wrong and their bad behaviors were rewarded. Good people did not stay more than a few months. Hours on projects are cut so low that quality of engineering work is extremely poor. The worst place I ever worked. Truly regret ever working here. I do not recommend anyone to this place.

Pros

Work-life balance is great Interesting, high-profile projects Some very talented engineers, architects, and project managers work here. Good benefits package.

Cons

The hiring system is broken. Unqualified people are brought on and let go in the span of months once it becomes apparent they can't get the work done. There is no mentorship. Entry-level hires are expected to learn on the job, and the company does not seem to care about employees' professional development. Pay is low compared to competitors. The company constantly loses talent to more respected firms.

Pay is higher than most.

Cons

Everything else. Project managers and upper management short hours on projects to gain more profit. Nothing is about customer service. They cannot ever maintain the same customer because of the projects they run into the ground. 90% billed with nothing to show. Upper management keeps employees in the dark with a constant state of deception.
