Pros

Somewhat flexible hours, but is dependant upon Manager.

Cons

Senior leadership is focused on billable and not much else. I've seen some Managers in GTA berate staff in front of others, and the environment at the Clark Blvd. Brampton office is toxic! Also, they talk a good game about culture and values, but don't live up to them.

Low pay. Doesn't seem like there's room to grow unless you want to be a project manager.

Supportive team environment, upper management is present and willing to help.

Cons

PTO has to be accrued therefore you never have enough PTO to actually use, benefits are not competitive based on industry standard. Very little opportunity for advancement.
