      Pros

      Wide range of employee types allows for projects to be kept in house. Makes coordination easy. Flexible managers. Employees participate in many team building exercises, gatherings, etc. Office provides opportunities for income raises.

      Cons

      Many employees are pigeonholed it seems. Though projects are big, many people seem to be stuck working on the same things project to project. Difficult to move into other aspects of projects. Not enough employees for projects, stress runs high near deadlines as there is too little time and too few people often. They use Keurig coffee, which tastes terrible and produces too much waste.

      So I gave a pretty positive review of this company a year ago because I thought it was headed in the right direction. However there is high turnover because salary expectations are not met with the skillsets provided and a lot of employees are being overworked on big projects. Putting quality work in gets noticed but not compensated. Base pay needs to be fair with what they bill and what the employee gets.
