Pros

Work-life balance is great Interesting, high-profile projects Some very talented engineers, architects, and project managers work here. Good benefits package.

Cons

The hiring system is broken. Unqualified people are brought on and let go in the span of months once it becomes apparent they can't get the work done. There is no mentorship. Entry-level hires are expected to learn on the job, and the company does not seem to care about employees' professional development. Pay is low compared to competitors. The company constantly loses talent to more respected firms.

Pros

Work life balance is great. People here are great. Benefits are okay.

Cons

Upper management only talks about what they want out of their employees. They talk about how employees need to benefit the company and ONLY fulfill the company vision and need to make upper management happy. Very selfish. Employees do not get to talk about what they want and get brushed off. There are no raises here. The guide lines about moving up in the company is zombie like. There is no personal development here and no room for growth. Do not work for this company.

Pros

They often employ excellent professionals They offer incredible possibilities prior to hiring. Lots of Great promises

Cons

The Contract leadership overseas is abusive. Leadership knows about it and is aware of it and patently ignores it. Professionals are hired with absolutely no understanding of the professional's actual abilities. When you arrive they demand unreasonable expectations. Its like getting a 48 month car lease. Really nice up front, and in the end you will never get what they promise.
