Staffs and Seniors are very supportive Good work environment EY brand value can help you well if youre into data analytics Big 4, so you can get a month of break during shutdown period in december

Cons

Heavy work pressure during peak time Sometimes a delay in sending data from client side might frustrate you. work life balance is important. Limited scope for future work unless you skill up in AI, databricks, power BI

Pros

Big company with various exposure to different project and different clients. Good learning opportunities with good and smart people.

Cons

People have limited control on which project to go on. It is is painful to keep looking for projects and rolling off, being on the bench, etc. Career growth is not good for technical people who want to be in IC role
