Pros

The exposure is very high, can go along the way up to managing partner. The clients also a very big company, so if you can manage to make relations it can be very good for you.

Cons

Expect to work overtime almost every day without being paid. Their compensation sucks. Even working at weekend without being paid is usual thing.
