- A large business that truly focusses on its people - Well supported development (e.g. EY Tech MBA, freely available courses) - Ability to shape your career as you see fit - Working with entrepreneurial-minded teams - Both large and small businesses as customers - From a Technology perspective, leads other competitors

Cons

- Route to Partner is not clear - Technology solutions restricted owing to Independence requirements for Audit business - Often work in agile means, but the business can be slow to ‘approve’ at times
