Pros

The learning curve is increasing. Bonuses are very well irrespective of other consultancies. Travelling to remote locations and UAE is not everyone's interest, but you get exposure. There are lot of other benefits like Free/Paid MBA programmes sponsored by EY.

Cons

Hectic Travelling. A lot of workloads. As it's a consulting firm, so there are lot of meetings in a day.
