      Pros

      Ability to work on different projects, deal with different fact patterns, learn about companies, industries, get a name recognition, meet new people, develop relationships for future career growth and networking.

      Cons

      Unpredictable hours - but this is true of working at any big four firm; sometimes too much time needed to complete useleff administrative tasks, primarily around HR initiatives that are ultimately driven by the firms desire to CYA.

      Pros

      Many SEC clients, great experience, great people, other firms in industry and public accounting firms love to see SEC experience on your resume. All clients are mid market cap size, which gives you experience across many different asset/liability/equity/income statement accounts and you can begin to senior the smaller private jobs towards the end of your second year.

      Cons

      All the public clients means many quarterly reviews throughout the year, timing deadlines, 404 work during the summer time when it is not as busy. Many hours which is comparable to all public accounting firms but may be a little higher at this firm.
